Gloucester City Master Plan
The Gloucester City Master Plan was adopted by ordinance in January 1996, please see below. A Master Plan Reexamination Report was later adopted in July 2003. A new reexamination report was completed in 2009. The updated Master Plan is currently being developed by the Planning/ Zoning Board, with a completion date at the end of 2012.
